Booking a transfer

To book a transfer you should follow the booking procedure. Bookings are accepted and confirmed only through our web site. Booking by telephone should be followed by e-mal confirmation by our agents. It is recommended to send your orders at least 24 hours before your trip. Short term booking are also accepted, just make sure you have received our confirmation.

We will service your request even if it is not prepaid, but only after your confirmation. All prepaid booking are confirmed and service is guaranteed. Customer should print the reservation voucher and obtain all information for our meet and greet service regarding different locations.

Amendments and Cancelation

If your travel plans change, you can amend or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the transfer. The change should be confirmed by our agents. Additional payments might occur subject to the amendment.

Refund Policy

Confirmed rides can be cancelled or amended no later than 48 hours (2 days) before the pick time at no cost. In case the booking is cancelled/amend less than 48 hours before the pick up time a fee of 20% of the total amount will be charge plus administration tax of 20.00 EUR.

No cancellations are allowed after the pick-up date and time. If the client does not show to use the services and booking is not cancelled till the pick up time -the full amount of the rental is charged. “No show” booking are not refunded.

All booking prepayments will be refunded if the service can not be provided. Refund should be made on the same credit/debit card used by the customer to make the prepay, or bank account provided by the customers, if there is any processing problem with the credit/debit card.

Information provided

Customer guarantee that all data and personal information provided for the purpose of purchasing the transfer is correct. The credit card which is used is owned by the customer and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Transfer service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Transfer service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the Confirmation and the service will not be performed.
